Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Specialist, Level 3 to perform advanced diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs across properties. You will mentor junior technicians and assist the Service Manager on large capital projects while ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.

The role requires a strong technical background, EPA certifications, and the ability to lead in the manager's absence.

Qualifications

• Advanced HVAC, electrical, or boiler repair experience.
• Experience mentoring Level 1 and 2 technicians.
• EPA Type I/II/Universal certification required; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve advanced issues beyond lower-tier technicians.
• Lead or train junior technicians on procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct safety and quality inspections.
• Assist service manager on large projects or with vendors.
• Follow safety policies and appearance standards.
• Maintain grounds and assist with misc. tasks.
• Act as service manager’s on-site lead in their absence.
