Job summary
Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Specialist, Level 3, an advanced senior maintenance role focused on complex diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and supporting team leadership at multiple properties.
Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of experience, EPA Type I/II/Universal certification (CPO a plus), and strong troubleshooting across HVAC and electrical systems. On-site responsibilities include mentoring others and coordinating with the service manager.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in advanced maintenance and tech roles.
- EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal is required; CPO preferred in some portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve advanced issues that lower-tier technicians cannot (e.g., major HVAC, advanced electrical, boiler issues).
- Lead or train lower-level technicians on procedures.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Perform safety and quality inspections.
- Assist service manager with large capital projects or vendor coordination.
- Follow company safety and appearance standards.
