Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Specialist, Level 3 to tackle advanced maintenance, diagnostics, and preventive strategies across properties. You will mentor junior technicians and support the Service Manager on major projects

This senior role requires strong troubleshooting, EPA certifications, and the ability to lead teams while ensuring safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience with advanced technical troubleshooting.
• EPA Certification Type I/II/Universal required; CPO preferred.
• High school diploma or trade school/college preferred.
• CAMT certification preferred.
• Bilingual communication ability where useful for properties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve advanced issues beyond lower-tier technicians (e.g., major HVAC, advanced electrical, boiler issues).
• Lead or train lower-level technicians on procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Perform safety and quality inspections.
• Assist service manager in overseeing large capital projects or coordinating with outside vendors.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs (e.g., cleaning common areas, trash removal, curb painting).
• Act as a team lead in Service Manager’s absence.
