Qualifications

• 1–3 years of intermediate maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a broad range of appliances and systems.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs and routine maintenance across units.
• Provide direction to Level 1 staff and assist with on-call emergencies.
• Maintain work order documentation and inventory using software.
