Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Specialist, Level 3, a senior maintenance professional. You will diagnose complex issues including HVAC or boiler problems, mentor junior techs, and lead preventive maintenance efforts while coordinating with the service manager and vendors.

qualifications include 2–5+ years of experience and EPA certification. A high school diploma or trade schooling is typical, with potential CAMT and bilingual capacity valued at properties.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience (2–5+ years), advanced technical knowledge, and strong troubleshooting skills.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal required; CPO preferred in some portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving advanced issues that lower-tier technicians cannot (e.g., major HVAC, advanced electrical, or boiler issues)
• Leading or training lower-level technicians on company procedures
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• Perform safety and quality inspections
• Assist service manager in overseeing large capital projects or coordinating with outside vendors
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards
• General grounds maintenance and repairs
• Acts as a team lead in Service Manager’s absence
