Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Specialist, Level 3 in Marietta, GA. This senior role handles complex repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency response, mentoring Level 1–2 technicians and leading in the Service Manager’s absence.

The position requires EPA Type I/II/Universal certification, 2–5+ years of experience, and strong diagnostics and communication skills. On-site work with facility operations and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience (2–5+ years), advanced technical knowledge, and strong troubleshooting skills.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal required; CPO preferred in some portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving advanced issues that lower-tier technicians cannot (e.g., major HVAC, advanced electrical, or boiler issues)
• Leading or training lower-level technicians on company procedures
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• Perform safety and quality inspections
• Assist service manager in overseeing large capital projects or coordinating with outside vendors
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards
• General grounds maintenance and repairs, such as cleaning common areas and assisting with trash removal, curb painting, etc.
• Acts as a team lead in Service Manager’s absence
