Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Specialist, Level 3, an advanced senior technician responsible for complex diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency response across properties.

You will mentor Level 1 and 2 technicians, support the Service Manager on large capital projects, and ensure safety and quality standards while coordinating with vendors and residents.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of relevant maintenance experience with advanced diagnostics.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal is required; CPO is preferred.
• High school diploma; trade school or some college.
• CAMT certification is preferred.
• Bilingual communication ability where useful for the properties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving advanced issues that lower-tier technicians cannot.
• Leading or training lower-level technicians on company procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Perform safety and quality inspections.
• Assist service manager in overseeing large capital projects or coordinating with outside vendors.
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards.
• General grounds maintenance and repairs, such as cleaning common areas and assisting with trash removal.
• Acts as a team lead in Service Manager’s absence.
