Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a Service Technician Support, Level 2 to perform a broad range of complex repairs with minimal supervision. The role focuses on core maintenance, troubleshooting, and intermediate repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and related systems.

You will diagnose issues, coordinate with Level 1 staff, and support after-hours emergencies while adhering to safety and appearance standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Usually 1–3 years of experience with intermediate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Strong quality and deadline orientation

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, household appliances (fridges, stoves, dishwashers), and electrical systems
• Perform plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains)
• Make-ready duties and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies
• General grounds maintenance and repairs (cleaning common areas, trash removal, curb painting)
• Follow company safety procedures and appearance standards
