Job summary

Bridge Property Management seeks a Service Technician Support, Level 2 with hands-on maintenance experience. The role focuses on core maintenance, troubleshooting, and intermediate repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

You will guide Level 1 staff and participate in after-hours on-call rotations. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related work, strong reliability, and the ability to communicate clearly with residents and leasing teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Strong quality and deadline orientation
• Hands-on maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, appliances, and electrical systems
• Perform plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains)
• Handle make-ready duties and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness
• Provide technical direction to Level 1 staff
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies
• General grounds maintenance and repairs
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards
