Job summary

Bridge Property Management is seeking a senior Service Technician Specialist, Level 3, to perform complex diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency responses across properties. The role includes mentoring Level 1–2 technicians and supporting the Service Manager on large capital projects.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5+ years of advanced maintenance experience, EPA Type I/II/Universal, and strong troubleshooting skills. On-site role with flexible scheduling and safety-focused requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of maintenance experience with advanced technical knowledge.
• EPA certification Type I, II, or Universal required; CPO preferred in some portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve advanced issues that lower-tier technicians cannot (e.g., major HVAC, advanced electrical, or boiler issues).
• Lead or train lower-level technicians on procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct safety and quality inspections.
• Assist service manager in overseeing large capital projects or coordinating with outside vendors.
• Follow safety procedures and appearance standards.
• Handle general grounds maintenance and repairs.
• Act as a team lead in Service Manager’s absence.
