Job summary

ITW Food Equipment Group LLC is seeking an experienced Service/Repair Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial food equipment on customer sites across the region. The role includes on-site troubleshooting, after-hours support, and adherence to safety protocols.

Ideal candidates will have a strong HVACR background, familiarity with schematics, and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4–7 years of food equipment service experience and/or 2–4 years HVACR service experience.
• Associates Degree or Vocational Certificate preferred.
• Experience servicing commercial cooking and/or refrigeration equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair commercial food equipment including electrical, gas, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose issues and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety manuals and SOPs; provide on-site support and customer service.
