Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a strategic Field Sales professional to promote and sell renewable maintenance agreements and Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners across an assigned geographic territory.

You will build long-term client relationships, drive new opportunities, conduct sales calls on HVAC and building automation systems, and use Salesforce to track progress and close monthly deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
• Six years of progressive field sales experience.
• Experience selling HVAC or building automation service or projects.
• Demonstrates integrity and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and grow profitable service relationships with new customers.
• Sell renewable maintenance agreements as foundation for long-term partnerships.
• Territory management with local branch sales and operations teams.
• Prepare and finalize proposals and secure commitments to the Johnson Controls solution.
• Lead kickoff meetings and support issue resolution to maintain service agreements.
