Job summary

Otis Elevator Company in Seattle seeks a Sr Manager, Service Sales to lead a high-performing team and execute the service sales business plan for the Seattle territory.

You will manage all service sales processes, collaborate with the GM and enablement teams, and drive growth through customer loyalty and portfolio expansion. This role requires deep industry knowledge and strong leadership in a fast-paced, office-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant experience.
• High school or equivalent with extensive experience in the field.
• Solid understanding of contracts, financial statements and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead service sales team and align with the GM on the service sales business plan.
• Build standardized sales processes and tools for the territory.
• Expand customer portfolio and loyalty in service and repair.
• Develop and maintain commercial relationships with customers and consultants.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues, including collections and disputes.
