Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Sr Manager, Service Sales - Northwest to lead a high-performing team within the Northwest Operating Area. The role focuses on guiding sales processes, improving programs, and exceeding business objectives while traveling up to 20-40% of the time.

Candidates should have 5+ years of sales experience with leadership experience; elevator industry experience is highly preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Prior people leadership experience
• 5 years of elevator industry experience highly preferred
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects
• Comfort with a technical environment using Microsoft-based software
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales strategy including integration of sales growth; pricing analysis and market segment share objectives for assigned Operating Territories
• Refine programs and develop new ones to increase sales, awards and bookings
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and execute strategic goals
• Nurture relationships with existing key customers and be responsible to develop new ones
• Coach and develop sales associates to meet or exceed sales plans
• Maintain strong relationships with sub-region leadership and branch leadership
• Provide direction to continuous improvement initiatives
