TK Elevator in St. Louis, MO seeks an experienced Sr. Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and grow service accounts, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue for the branch.

Responsibilities include visiting Tier 1-3 customers, developing capital plans, preparing repair proposals, and coordinating with operations to meet deadlines. CRM usage and collaboration with legal and sales support are expected.

Formación

• 2-4+ years of related sales experience in elevator or related industries.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint drawings.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas using company tools for service and repair growth.
• Manages service accounts by visiting Tier 1–3 customers to build relationships and understand needs.
• Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and costs using estimating software and by reviewing blueprints.
• Coordinates submittal packages and change orders with operations and contract administration.
• Maintains CRM data and assists in A/R collection to ensure timely payments.
