Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Service Delivery Leader to drive high-touch post-sales service delivery for our largest strategic customers in security-focused environments. You will partner with internal teams and customer stakeholders to align expectations, drive adoption, and deliver measurable customer value.

You will translate customer needs into actionable plans, resolve escalations, and support growth through trusted relationships, working in a remote-friendly, enterprise-scale setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing service engagement management.
• Experience delivering large technology programs in Network Security, Cloud Security, or Security Operations.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and mediate conflict.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical presentations.
• PMP certification and proficiency in CRM tools are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with organization’s largest strategic customers.
• Serve as the primary post-sales contact, guiding customers through their product journey.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams across various security domains.
• Oversee customer lifecycle activities including strategic planning and deployment.
• Translate customer security needs into actionable success plans.
• Partner with Sales to develop success plans and identify expansion opportunities.
• Handle customer escalations, balancing expectations and negotiating resolutions.
