Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Service Delivery Leader to serve as the primary Voice of the Customer for our most strategic, large-scale global accounts. This remote-friendly role drives adoption of the security platform and ensures customers realize maximum value from their investment.

The role bridges technical execution and executive strategy, partnering with C-suite leaders and internal teams to protect the digital way of life.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in high-touch, customer-facing service engagement management.
• Experience delivering large technology programs in at least two areas: Network Security, Cloud Security, Product Development, or Security Operations.
• Proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations and mediate conflicts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage key account ownership and high-touch relationship management for large strategic customers.
• Lead post-sales delivery as the Voice of the Customer across product lines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams across Cloud, DevSecOps, and Network security.
• Oversee customer lifecycle activities including strategic planning, deployment, adoption, and reviews.
• Translate customer priorities into actionable Success Plans and ensure value realization.
