Job summary

Estes is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead a transportation service center, overseeing up to 450+ employees across multiple shifts. The role requires maintaining safe, efficient LTL operations and strong customer relations in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive performance by setting goals, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with policies, safety rules, and regulatory standards while partnering with other departments to achieve service and freight objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years leadership experience in LTL/logistics.
• Experience managing an LTL service center operation.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Center employees; set goals and coach performance.
• Hire, train, and terminate staff with proper documentation.
• Ensure safety policies, regulatory compliance, and quality measures.
• Develop annual business plans and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee dock, city operations and scheduling for timely freight deliveries.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
