Job summary

Estes is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a large transportation Service Center with responsibility for up to 450+ staff. You will drive dock operations, safety, scheduling, and route planning while maintaining strong customer relations.

You will lead hiring, coaching, and performance management, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and manage service center operations during absences. Strong leadership and service focus are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct employees across multiple shifts and KPI targets.
• Oversee dock operations, safety, scheduling and route planning.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of freight and accurate billing.
• Enforce company policies, safety rules and government regulations.
• Coordinate drivers and assign routes; monitor performance and coaching needs.
