Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and grow SLA and HMAX offerings across North America.
• Prepare strategic service agreement proposals and tenders.
• Coordinate inputs to deliver high-quality proposals and quotations.
• Develop pricing models for labor, travel, and parts with risk considerations.
• Support contract negotiations and customer presentations.
• Monitor industry trends to expand service portfolio.
