Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for Service Agreements to lead the development, standardization, and growth of SLA and lifecycle service offerings across North America.

You will coordinate across functions to deliver strategic proposals for long-term service agreements on high-voltage equipment and related digital monitoring solutions. Qualifications

• Requires work authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of proposal development experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen for complex service agreements.
• Ability to collaborate across Service Sales, Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Legal and Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of SLA and HMAX offerings across North America.
• Develop standardized service packages, coverage models, and lifecycle service frameworks.
• Prepare strategic service agreement proposals and tenders aligned with client priorities.
• Coordinate inputs to deliver high-quality proposals.
• Develop pricing models for labor, travel, contingencies, parts and risk.
