Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for Service Agreements to lead the development, standardization, and growth of SLA and lifecycle service offerings across North America.

You will coordinate with Service Sales, Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Business Development to support Hitachi Energy's SLA and Service Agreement business. You will develop scalable offerings, pricing methodologies, proposal frameworks, and contract structures to enable

Qualifications

10+ years of proposal development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Manage development and optimization of SLA and HMAX offerings across North America.
Develop standardized service packages, coverage models, and repeatable lifecycle service frameworks.
Prepare strategic service agreement proposals and tenders aligned with customer priorities and goals.
Coordinate technical, operational, and commercial inputs to deliver high-quality proposals.
Develop pricing models for labor, travel, contingency, escalation, and parts.
