Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for Service Agreements to lead the development and optimization of service level agreements and lifecycle service offerings across North America.

You will act as the primary commercial and proposal contact for long-term service agreements for substation assets and related digital monitoring solutions. The role requires 10+ years in proposal development, strong cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of pricing,

Qualifications

10+ years of proposal development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead development and optimization of SLA and HMAX offerings across North America.
Standardize service packages, coverage models, and lifecycle service frameworks.
Prepare strategic service agreement proposals and tenders aligned with customer priorities.
Coordinate technical, operational, and commercial inputs for high-quality proposals.
Develop pricing models for labor, travel, contingency, escalation, and parts.
Evaluate profitability and risk, validating pricing with Finance and Operations.
Support customer presentations, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Monitor industry trends and opportunities to expand the service portfolio.
