Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager for Service Agreements in North America.

You will lead development, standardization and growth of SLAs and lifecycle service offerings and act as the primary commercial contact for long-term service agreements covering HV equipment and digital solutions. You will collaborate across Service Sales, Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Legal and Business Development to deliver scalable, competitive proposals and pricing.

Qualifications

• Work authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of proposal development experience.
• Technical knowledge and customer-facing contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and optimization of SLA and HMAX offerings across North America.
• Develop standardized service packages and repeatable lifecycle service frameworks.
• Prepare strategic service agreement proposals and tenders aligned with customer priorities.
• Coordinate technical, operational, and commercial inputs for high-quality proposals.
• Develop pricing models for labor, travel, contingencies, parts and risk.
• Evaluate profitability and risk with Finance and Operations.
• Support customer presentations and contract negotiations.
