Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor in a high-volume dealership.
• Mercedes-Benz brand experience.
• Dealership Advisor and Sales experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Experience using CDK.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with service department operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document vehicle issues accurately based on customer input.
• Explain recommended services and repairs clearly.
• Communicate estimated costs and obtain approval.
• Schedule appointments and manage service bays.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Provide customers with updates on vehicle status.
