Autobahn Motors is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team, serving as the liaison between customers and technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics, timely repairs, and clear communication of estimates.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor in a high volume dealership.
• Experience with Mercedes-Benz brand.
• Dealership Advisor and Sales experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and accuracy in hours per RO.
• Experience using CDK and knowledge of automotive systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers' concerns and document vehicle issues.
• Explain recommended services and repairs clearly.
• Communicate costs and obtain customer approval for services.
• Schedule appointments and manage service bay availability.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Update customers on vehicle status throughout service.
• Provide accurate repair timelines and note delays.
• Maintain detailed service records for each customer.
• Prepare and explain invoices with service breakdowns.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed about automotive technologies and services.
• Advise customers on maintenance schedules and services.
