Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and follow up on needs.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
