Job summary

Confidence Auto Group is seeking a knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our service department as the liaison between customers and our technicians. You will ensure an exceptional service experience from start to finish while helping drive department sales and efficiency.

Greet customers, document repair needs, and provide clear recommendations and estimates. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and keep customers updated through the service process.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or automotive customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of automotive systems is a plus
• Proficiency with dealership software and computer systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Provide service recommendations and explain repair options and estimates
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process
• Conduct final walkarounds and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle pick-up
• Maintain detailed service records and follow dealership and manufacturer policies
