Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic Server Support specialist to troubleshoot and repair client desktop, laptop, server, and ESF hardware in client locations. The role requires direct client interaction, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service standards.

The position emphasizes on-site service delivery, travel to client sites, and maintaining equipment and safety policies while meeting call SLAs and administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical school certification or equivalent and 0–2 years of related experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus and preferred for client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within the client SLAs.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call as documented.
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policy.
• Follow established policies to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Manage assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Follow safety policies in daily work.
