Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, LLC seeks a Dynamic Server Support specialist to troubleshoot and repair a range of client desktops, laptops, deskside servers and related equipment. You will deliver timely and accurate technical support and communicate effectively with clients on site.

This role requires basic technical skills, the ability to drive to client locations, and willingness to travel including long distances and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established service level agreement
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Real-time reporting of all calls
• Follow established policies for each client
• Control assets and inventory per client agreements
• Report activity accurately and timely
