Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent and 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within the established SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined by policies.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting for each call.
• Follow policies and guidelines for successful delivery of service.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory as required by client agreements.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines daily.
• Additional requirements may exist if employment offer is extended.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
