Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a leader in process development to drive scale-up and characterization for sensor technologies. You will develop test methods, validate processes, and collaborate across R&D and operations to ensure robust product performance under sterilization and distribution stresses.

Applicants should hold a technical degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience in biotech, pharma, or medical devices, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline with related industry experience.
• Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device settings is preferred.
• Experience with qualification/validation of equipment and test methods desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development, scale-up and characterization from R&D to production.
• Develop test methods and integrate new products/processes.
• Optimize methods for sensor performance under stresses like sterilization and distribution.
