Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 13+ years in industry.
• Experience leading engineering teams in high-volume, regulated manufacturing.
• Proven ability to plan capacity, prioritize programs, and manage resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and equipment development for assembly and inspection processes.
• Provide end-to-end equipment lifecycle execution from concept to transfer to manufacturing.
• Translate process requirements into detailed equipment specs and documentation.
• Drive data-driven decisions to improve throughput, yield, and OEE.
