Job summary
Dexcom is seeking a Senior Process/Manufacturing Engineer to own development and characterization of biosensing processes and equipment from concept to full production. You will lead DOE studies, partner with vendors, and drive technology transfer from pilot to manufacturing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, 5–8 years related industry experience.
- Master’s or PhD preferred for advanced roles.
- Experience with biosensing fabrication and high-volume manufacturing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own development and characterization of the process and equipment from concept to line implementation.
- Lead DOEs to down-select a capable process and scale to pilot/production.
- Scale up equipment from prototype to full scale manufacturing.
- Train technicians and operators on new processes and equipment.
- Coordinate R&D builds in a pilot production facility across multiple projects.
- Develop test plans and reports documenting feasibility activities.
