Dexcom Inc. in San Diego is seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer to lead sensor process development, scale‑up and validation.

You will design test methods, qualify new production processes, and drive improvements across R&D to manufacturing, focusing on biosensor performance, sterilization and distribution effects. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, project leadership, and experience in medical devices with Lean Six Sigma training or equivalent methods.

Competenze

• Experience in medical device/pharma engineering design, risk management and validation.
• Ability to independently manage projects, timelines and cross-functional teams.
• Training in Lean Six Sigma or other statistical methods is preferred.
