Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 5–8 years related experience, or a Master’s with 2–5 years, or PhD with 0–2 years.
• Experience in medical device, biosensor, semiconductor, or other regulated environments.
• Strong statistical analysis, DOE, and process validation skills.
• Experience with scale-up and technology transfer across global sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop, characterize, optimize, and transfer end-to-end glucose sensor manufacturing processes.
• Design and execute DOE to establish critical process parameters and controls.
• Lead equipment design reviews, testing, qualification, deployment, and manufacturing readiness.
• Analyze development and production data to improve process capability and product quality.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
