Dexcom seeks a seasoned process and equipment development leader to own design, development, and characterization from concept to line implementation in our San Diego facility. You'll drive pilot-scale studies, ramp to full production, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

You will apply biosensing knowledge, run DOEs, supervise a team of engineers, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and scale from prototype to manufacturing while training technicians and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a technical discipline with 5–8 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading projects in R&D environments and transferring technology to manufacturing.
• Ability to design, execute DOEs and work across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own development and characterization of processes and equipment from concept to line implementation.
• Develop pilot-scale plans, schedule updates, and coordinate with leadership.
• Apply biosensing knowledge to create sensor fabrication processes and lead DOEs.
• Scale processes from prototype to pilot to full manufacturing and train technicians.
• Identify process risks and manage mitigations; work with vendors to integrate equipment.
