LegalZoom is seeking an SEM Manager to own a product vertical or campaign group end-to-end across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and emerging surfaces. You will govern bidding, testing roadmaps, and optimize performance toward CPA/ROAS goals, managing a multi-million-dollar budget.

You design experiments, forecast, and map LTV to bidding signals, shipping AI-enabled workflows with strong QA and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years hands-on paid search with end-to-end campaign ownership.
• Experience managing $1M+ annual paid search spend.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including Performance Max.
• Strong SQL or equivalents and Excel; clear written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or marketing field, or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Own a vertical or campaign group end-to-end: structure, bidding governance, testing roadmap.
• Design experiments with hypothesis, power and holdout; translate results into decisions.
• Build pacing and forecast models; monitor LTV and revenue against bidding signals.
• Ship AI-enabled workflows and ensure QA and documentation for team reliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Creative for intake and testing.
• Onboard new analysts and coach them on workflows.
