Job summary

FirmPilot AI, Inc. seeks a Paid Media Manager to lead Google Ads strategy for our portfolio of law firm clients. The role focuses on Google Search, optimizing campaigns to drive qualified leads and signed cases in highly competitive markets.

You will build scalable search architectures, analyze performance, run AI-assisted experiments, implement offline conversions, and collaborate with SEO, content, and client success teams to maximize ROAS and client growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Google Ads campaigns focused on lead gen.
• Experience with high-budget, competitive search campaigns.
• Ability to implement offline conversion tracking and value based bidding strategies.
• Experience using AI to improve campaign creation, optimization, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Google Search campaigns to generate qualified leads and signed cases.
• Develop campaign structures, bidding strategies, and account architecture for long-term growth.
• Analyze performance metrics and run experiments to improve ROAS and efficiency.
• Implement offline conversion tracking and coordinate with analytics tools.
• Forecast spend and lead volume across multiple client accounts and provide budget recommendations.
