Job summary

LegalZoom is seeking a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to lead Programmatic campaigns across in-house and agency channels. You will own strategy, planning, execution, measurement, and executive reporting, leveraging AI to increase speed and analytical rigor.

You will drive a multi-quarter channel roadmap, optimize across platforms like Google Ads and The Trade Desk, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve CPA and ROAS goals.

Qualifications

• 7-9+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
• Experience owning channel strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Hands-on with Google Ads (Display/YouTube) and The Trade Desk.
• Familiar with additional DSPs and Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leadership.
• Proactive, data-driven with strong QA and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of Programmatic campaigns from strategy to execution and reporting.
• Plan, test, and optimize across Display, Video, CTV, Native, Audio and more.
• Manage in-house and agency-led campaigns, and Direct IO partnerships.
• Develop and own the Programmatic channel roadmap and budget allocation.
• Partner with Data Science to advance attribution, MMM, and incrementality.
• Prepare executive-ready performance updates and narrative recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Creative, Product Marketing, and Dev teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, optimize creative iterations, and automate workflows.
