LegalZoom is seeking a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to own Programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and The Trade Desk. You will develop media strategy, briefs, and a testing roadmap grounded in data, while partnering with Analytics to optimize attribution models and budget allocation.

You will drive a multi-quarter channel roadmap, communicate with senior leadership, and leverage AI to accelerate analysis and automation. This role is remote-first nationwide.

Qualifikationen

• 7-9+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience with owned channel growth.
• Recent hands-on experience with Google Ads (Display and YouTube) and The Trade Desk.
• Ability to build and communicate a multi-quarter channel roadmap to senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive, action-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute Programmatic media campaigns across Display, Video, CTV, Native, Audio, and more.
• Own the Programmatic channel roadmap and translate objectives into a quarterly plan.
• Prioritize testing across audiences, placements, and partners; measure and optimize KPIs.
• Partner with Data Science and Analytics to advance MTA, MMM, and incrementality capabilities.
• Communicate performance updates to senior leadership with clear narrative and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Creative, Product Marketing, and Dev teams.
