Job summary

ecoATM Gazelle is seeking a remote Senior Paid Search Lead to own paid search execution across Google, Microsoft, AI Max, and ChatGPT ads. You will build and optimize campaigns, drive incrementality, and shape long-term search strategy in a rapidly evolving AI-driven landscape.

You will manage a large budget, partner with Web/Conversion, Creative, and SEO teams, and report weekly on pacing, forecasting, and learnings. This role requires strong analytical skills and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid search experience.
• 2+ years managing a large account.
• Expert in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, incl. bidding and strategies.
• Experience with offline conversions and GA4.
• Strong data analysis and ability to pull insights from reporting tools.
• Ability to explain results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with proactive optimization.

Responsibilities

• Run Google Ads and Microsoft Ads day to day across Search, Performance Max and AI Max.
• Scale ChatGPT ads and AI placements.
• Shape search strategy as AI changes the channel.
• Test with an always-on A/B testing roadmap.
• Grow app advertising and measure impact.
• Measure incrementality; optimize toward offers and kiosk visits.
• Own pacing, forecasting and weekly performance updates.
• Collaborate with Web/Conversion, Creative, and SEO teams.
