Job summary

CLA Meridian Capital in Seattle seeks an Investment Banking Associate to join our growing team. You will support transaction execution, financial modeling, and client presentations on sell-side M&A and other corporate finance engagements.

The role involves buyer identification, due diligence, and coordinating deliverables with junior staff, plus travel and ongoing professional development. Candidates should have 2 years of investment banking experience and a finance-related degree.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant industry investment banking experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or accounting.
• Series 63 and 79 licenses to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Sell-side M&A analysis and documentation, including pitchbooks and marketing documents.
• Identify buyers for sell-side clients and track deal-related information.
• Assist in buy-side evaluations and forecasting for acquisition decisions.
• Serve as client contact and support deal execution.
• Communicate clearly with senior and junior team members.
• Participate in recruitment, development, and training of junior resources.
• Coordinate time-bound deliverables to meet deadlines.
