CLA Meridian Capital is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for our Seattle, WA office. The role supports transaction execution and research across sell-side M&A and other corporate finance engagements, while coordinating with analysts and senior bankers.

You will conduct financial modeling, prepare pitchbooks and marketing documents, identify buyers, and assist in buy-side analysis. A strong client-facing posture and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant investment banking experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, or accounting (or equivalent).
• Series 63 and 79 licenses required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Sell-side M&A transaction analysis and documentation, including complex financial models and pitchbooks.
• Identify buyers for sell-side clients and track deal-related information.
• Buy-side execution by evaluating investments and valuations for potential acquisitions.
• Serve as point of contact for clients and support pitching and transaction execution.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication with senior and junior team members.
• Participate in recruitment, development, and training of junior resources.
• Coordinate time-bound deliverables from the junior team to meet deadlines.
