Job summary

CLA Meridian Capital in Seattle, WA is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to support sell-side M&A and other corporate finance engagements. You will help execute transactions, build complex financial models, and prepare PowerPoint pitchbooks for client presentations.

You will identify buyers, assess investment opportunities, and coordinate deliverables with junior staff while maintaining strong client communication. Some travel is required and a bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years of investment banking experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, and/or accounting required.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency.
• Series 63 and 79 must be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Sell-side M&A analysis and documentation including pitchbooks, CIMs, and marketing documents.
• Buyer identification and tracking for sell-side clients.
• Buy side assessment and valuation support for investment opportunities.
• Client relationship management and engagement support.
• Prepare client-ready materials and coordinate with junior staff to meet deadlines.
• Lead/coordinate projects and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
