CLA Meridian Capital in Seattle seeks an Investment Banking Associate to support M&A transactions and other corporate finance engagements. You will perform financial modeling, develop pitch materials, and coordinate with senior staff and clients to drive deal execution.

The role emphasizes thorough analysis, stakeholder communication, and leadership in guiding junior team members through assignments and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, accounting or related field.
• 2 years of investment banking experience or related industry.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client interaction abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform sell-side M&A analysis and prepare related documents (pitchbooks, CIMs).
• Support buyer identification and market research for potential transactions.
• Assist in buy-side evaluation and financial forecast analysis.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and coordinate with junior staff.
• Contribute to presentation delivery and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee time-bound deliverables and mentor junior resources.
