Job summary

CLA Meridian Capital in Seattle, WA is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our growing team. You will support transaction execution, build complex financial models, and prepare M&A documentation including pitchbooks and CIMS for sell-side engagements.

The role requires 2 years of relevant investment banking experience, a finance-related degree, and licenses (Series 63/79) within 6 months. Expect travel and collaboration across stakeholders to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

2 years relevant investment banking experience.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, and/or accounting or related.
Series 63 license and 79 (to be obtained within 6 months of hire).
Proficiency with financial modeling, client presentations, and valuation analyses.
Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, Pitchbook, and AI prompts and agents.

Responsibilities

Sell-Side M&A transaction analysis and documentation, including pitchbooks and market materials.
Identify buyers, conduct research, and support deal execution and client communications.
Assist in due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analyses for client engagements.
Coordinate junior team deliverables and manage timelines for engagements.
