Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Senior Training Coordinator to lead a comprehensive security training program across multiple locations. You will own content, cadence, materials, and certification tracking, coordinating drills and exercises with operational stakeholders to ensure readiness and measurable improvements.

The role requires 10–20% travel, delivery of instructor-led sessions, onboarding and refresher training, and strong communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience owning or managing a security training or operational training program.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating drills or structured exercises in an operational environment.
• Strong understanding of security operations and incident response fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of judgment and accountability.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a standardized security training program across assigned locations.
• Ensure training content, delivery, and cadence are consistent, documented, and sustainable.
• Maintain oversight of training schedules, materials, certifications, and completion tracking.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for security training initiatives and exercises.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute security drills and scenario-based exercises.
• Deliver instructor-led training, tabletop sessions, and operational briefings as needed.
• Travel periodically to support on-site training, drills, and program rollout.
