Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Site Training Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at an assigned account. Responsibilities include staff hiring, training, and performance management, while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.

You will develop security programs, coordinate training, and manage payroll and schedules. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Proven project management experience through full life cycle.
• Experience in contract security, facilities management, or related fields.
• Minimum two years of operations supervisory/management experience.
• Experience hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining staff.
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Ability to manage project plans, risks, issues, and contingencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management technology.
• Discretion in correspondence and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• General Operations management; evaluate post orders and updates; ensure quality standards.
• HR management: staff selection, performance reviews, attendance, conflict resolution.
• Administer Safety Program; review Emergency Response plan; monitor safety compliance.
• Project management including budgeting, risk assessment, and timelines.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies appropriately.
• Coordinate staffing needs with recruiters and hire quality candidates.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain personnel records and policy communications.
• Meet contractual hours and oversee site-specific training.
