Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass state training/licensing requirements as applicable.
• Minimum one year of supervisory security experience.
• Age 18+ (21+ if armed) depending on state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime at specified levels.
• Inspect personnel and performance for quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll reviews and incident report prep.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
